Erin was an absolute joy to interview with her pragmatic insights into well-being, with a focus on alumni, workplaces and the future, and her courage in sharing her personal experiences.
I have to admit I was delighted to interview Erin and it brought back wonderful memories of when I had been a student at Imperial College London, and where Erin had previously been the Head of Alumni relations.
Erin Hallet is currently the Director of Alumni and External Engagement at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
She is an experienced higher education alumni relations and external relations senior leader with a diverse background that includes private, public and not-for-profit roles. She is also a proven leader committed to developing high-performing and healthy teams, as well as a mental health advocate with a specific interest in mental health and well-being in the workplace.

Kathryn Chapman is a portrait and self portrait photographer and speaker based near London. She is a passionate 'felt-sense' advocate, with utilisation of innovative processes such as Freedom Shoots and Soul Centered Branding. Kathryn is one of 100 UK photographers chosen for the 2020 Vision Project, as well as her images features in Tatler, Hello! And Equal Magazines.
Kathryn is also the founder of @feltphoto and has recently lead an exhibition titled 'Lost for Words' where curators emotional responses to the artwork based the formation of selection, this has been featured in the Professional Photo Magazine.

Sarah-Jane Mason studied for a BA (Hons) Fine Art at Liverpool John Moore's University and DipCipris in Fine Art at the Cyprus College of Art. Continuing her studies, she focused on creative education, completing a PGCE (Art & Design) at the University of Leeds and a Post-16 Teaching Certificate at Cyprus College of Art.
